Melbourne | Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote

$90K–$130K Base + Uncapped Commission | $200K+ OTE

Our client is a 15+ year established Australian digital marketing business helping businesses generate billions in leads, customers and revenue through digital!

They’re looking to add high-performing SMB/SME Business Development Managers to their growing sales team.

This is a genuine closer role for someone who loves prospecting, speaking with business owners and closing new business.

You’ll be selling proven digital marketing solutions across SEO, websites, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media and broader digital strategies.

BDMs are averaging $50K–$80K+ in monthly TCV , with top performers consistently delivering $200K–$300K+ per month.

There is genuine $200K+ OTE potential ,



with no ceiling for high performers.

What we’re looking for:
2+ years B2B current business sales experience
Experience selling to Small/Medium Businesses (SMB/SME)
Experience selling digital marketing, SaaS, technology, advertising or professional services
Confidence cold calling and speaking with business owners
Strong commercial and consultative selling skills
The ability to sell value, not price
Strong follow-up and pipeline discipline
A self-motivated, competitive approach
You don't necessarily need to be a digital marketing expert.

What you’ll be doing:

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
Follow up warm inbound opportunities
Generate an outbound pipeline
Prospect and cold call Australian businesses
Run discovery calls with business owners
Present solutions via Zoom
Sell across SEO, websites, Google Ads, Meta Ads and more
Handle objections, negotiate and close
Manage your pipeline and CRMWork closely with marketing, strategy and delivery teams

Base: $100K–$140K + Super (dependent on experience)
