You can walk into a busy service, see what is working, spot what is slipping and have a useful conversation with the person running it. You know how to lift standards without losing the team, and how to work with a franchise partner who has their own money and reputation on the line.

We’re recruiting an Area Manager to lead 10–15 restaurants across NSW for a growing fast casual brand with great food, real personality and ambitious plans.

The Role

You’ll be out in the restaurants, working with Restaurant Managers and franchise partners to improve performance and build capable teams. Some days that means coaching a leader through a difficult service. Others it means getting into the numbers, fixing a recurring operational issue or helping a recent restaurant open well.

You’ll take ownership of
Sales, labour, profitability, guest experience and operating standards across your area
Coaching Restaurant Managers and building stronger leadership teams
Working constructively with franchise partners to lift performance
Spotting issues early and following through until they are resolved




Supporting new openings and helping teams settle into robust routines
Turning company plans into practical action in each restaurant

Who will do well here

You’ve led multiple restaurants in a robust QSR or casual dining business, and you understand franchising. You can influence owners as well as employed managers. You’re commercially sharp, comfortable with a P&L; and credible on the floor.

You bring pace and high standards, but you also know how to get people with you. You enjoy developing managers, tackling the hard conversations and seeing the results show up in the restaurant.

If you’re an Area Manager ready for a brand with more personality and scope, this is worth a look. We’d also like to hear from Regional Managers with recent, hands-on restaurant experience.
