Migration Leadership
Lead Jira and Confluence migration planning and execution.
Drive application, project, issue, workflow, permission, and space migration strategies.
Define migration waves, cutover plans, rollback strategies,



and validation approaches.
Oversee staging, testing, UAT, and production migrations.

Solution Design
Design solutions for application rationalization and process optimization.
Evaluate Marketplace App compatibility and migration approaches.
Architect integrations with enterprise tools such as Azure AD, ServiceNow, CI/CD, and third-party applications.
Provide recommendations for automation, reporting, and AI/Rovo adoption.

Governance & Stakeholder Management
Act as primary technical advisor to client leadership and project teams.
Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution workshops.
Collaborate with Atlassian, client SMEs, security teams, and delivery teams.
Support executive reporting and steering committee discussions.

Technical Oversight
Mentor engineers, administrators, and migration specialists.
Review configurations, security controls, permissions, and performance requirements.
Ensure adherence to Atlassian Cloud best practices and enterprise standards.
