As the lead specialist for Quality in Business Advisory & Compliance, you will be responsible for the preparation and review of Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Adding value to clients while embodying and promoting the firm's core values and principles.
Liaising and communicating with Directors and the Board.
Managing effective working relationships.
Driving process and systems improvements and providing strategic recommendations within Business Advisory.
Revenue and resourcing strategic planning and implementation.
Workflow management and skillset development.




Monitoring and improving productivity across teams and individuals.
Providing direct staff and team mentorship, including performance management, goal setting, delegation and client relationships.
Expanding and extending services provided to the client portfolio.
Maintaining client retention and satisfaction while ensuring adherence to firm procedures and policies.
