What you’ll be doing Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help drive the day-to-day success of the store by:
Delivering exceptional customer service and automotive advice
Supporting sales and store performance
Managing bookings and allocating workshop jobs
Supervising and mentoring workshop staff




Providing leadership, feedback and support to the team
Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and staff
Supporting efficient workshop and store operations
Managing inventory and stock take and control
Assisting with opening and closing procedures

What you’ll bring Automotive experience is essential. We’re looking for someone who has:
Previous Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership experience (2+ years preferred)
Tyre, mechanical and/or wheel alignment experience
Solid customer service and communication skills
Proven leadership and team mentoring capability
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy
Current and valid driver’s licence
Ability to work Saturdays if required roster, 8am–12pm
