As a Barista/Server, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and serving high quality beverages to our standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Barista Duties:
Brewing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas and iced drinks.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar.
Preparing and serving desserts and other menu items.
Wait Staff Duties:
Taking customer orders, both in-store and via takeaway.
Serving food and beverages to customers quickly and accurately.
Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Handling cash and card transactions.
Ensuring the café is clean and organized at all times.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth operation.
Requirements:
Previous barista experience is essential.
A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service.
Friendly, reliable, and energetic with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Robust communication and multitasking skills.
Must be available for weekends, peak hours and nights.
