Bagel Hills Café is looking for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our growing team in Endeavour Hills.

We serve fresh bagels, quality specialty coffee, and a wide range of matcha drinks, smoothies, and milkshakes. We’re a quick-paced but friendly café that values teamwork and great customer service.

About the role

Your main responsibilities will include:
Making high-quality coffee (this is essential)
Preparing drinks such as matcha, smoothies, and milkshakes
Assisting on the cash register during busy periods
General café duties (cleaning, restocking, basic food prep support)
Providing friendly and efficient customer service

What we’re looking for
Robust barista experience is essential
(If you do not have solid coffee-making experience, this role is not suitable)




Ability to work well in a team workplace
Fast, organized, and able to handle busy periods
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Reliability and flexibility with shifts
