Yamaha Motor Australia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR Division in NSW. This hands-on role supports leaders across the organisation, driving WHS, DEI and culture initiatives while coaching managers on ER/IR matters and complex people issues.
You will lead Return to Work activities, coordinate an ISO45001 compliant WHS system for AU/NZ, and partner with leaders to enhance workforce capability and performance, shaping our values-driven culture.
