6-day week: Monday – Friday 1pm–11:30pm | Saturday 1pm–6pm
$50–$52 per hour depending on experience + 20% afternoon shift loading

Pay Rate / Salary Package
Based on the standard 56-hour working week, including 18 hours of overtime:
$50/hr: circa $182,000 + super annually
$52/hr: circa $189,000 + super annually
The Role Working within the maintenance team, you'll play a key role in executing planned maintenance, equipment upgrades and reliability improvements across a busy industrial site.
The role offers exposure across both heavy fixed plant and mobile plant equipment within a workshop and production setting.
Day to day you will be involved in:
Preventative maintenance and planned maintenance activities across heavy plant and processing equipment
Shutdown maintenance, equipment rebuilds and reliability improvement projects
Installation and commissioning of new equipment and plant upgrades
Fault finding, servicing and maintenance on heavy fixed plant and mobile plant equipment
Supporting continuous improvement and plant reliability initiatives
Workshop-based repairs, fabrication support and onsite maintenance activities
Requirements
Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
Experience within heavy industry, recycling, manufacturing, mines or tunnels
Solid preventative maintenance and reliability maintenance experience
MIG & stick welding exposure highly regarded
High Risk tickets highly desirable: EWP, Forklift & Confined Spaces
