Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high‑volume, customer‑focused department. You will manage daily operations, train and develop a 20+ solid team, and work with colleagues across Merchandising, Health and Safety and Store Leadership to deliver the Best Experience for customers.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure provisioning, stock accuracy, and compliance while meeting service standards. A weekend roster and occasional public holiday work are required.
