THE ROLE

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations - leading your team on shift, driving service standards, managing compliance and gaming obligations, and creating a outstanding experience for every guest who walks through the door.

What you will bring:
Previous experience in a management role within hospitality
Current RSA, ARCG and RCG certifications




Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
A hands‑on, community‑first approach to service and guest experience
Excellent communication skills and a calm head under pressure
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
