We have a rare chance for someone who wants to get into recruitment and HR and learn it properly. You'll join an industrial building supplier's in-house team as their Recruitment Resourcer. They'll train you from the ground up to source and screen candidates, and there's room to move into broader HR work as you grow. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Windsor.

What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing candidates through job boards and internal database
Screening resumes and running first phone screens
Booking interviews and keeping candidates up to date through the process
Keeping candidate records and recruitment trackers accurate
Posting job ads and managing responses
Helping with onboarding paperwork and new starter admin




Learning broader HR tasks over time as your skills build

What We're Looking For
Excellent attention to detail. Things don't slip past you
You read people well and can tell when something doesn't add up
Transparent, confident communication on the phone and in writing
Organised individual who excel juggle several things at once
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and picking up new systems
Recruitment or HR experience is welcome but not essential. Attitude matters more here
