Northern Sydney Local Health District’s Hornsby Ku-ring-Gai Hospital seeks a Senior Occupational Therapist Case Manager within the Assertive Outreach Team. You’ll work with people experiencing complex mental health challenges, delivering intensive community-based, recovery‑oriented services and coordinating with families and the multidisciplinary team.

The role requires registration with AHPRA, experience in mental health, case management, and autonomous practice.
