Job Description

Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a busy 20+ person team in a high-volume store. You will oversee daily operations, sales, stock management and safety, reporting to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager.

You will drive customer experience, guide merchandising and collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership, and Health & Safety teams to maintain best-in-class service. Weekend rosters and some public holiday work are required.
