mentor junior engineers, and engineer solutions across large-scale, high-performance settings. This role is about leading from the front, not from the sidelines.

Experience guiding teams and projects in Big Tech or other large-scale global environments
n

Deep expertise in IT operations spanning SRE, DevOps, Linux Systems, and Networking
n

Linux: scheduling, performance tuning, kernel internals

Coding: Python or Shell (C++ a plus but not essential)
n
n
Degree in Computer Science preferred but not required
