About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey




Building strong relationships with current and existing customers
Generating leads through enquiry management and prospecting activities
Demonstrating vehicle features and arranging test drives
Achieving monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up processes
Representing the Alto brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We're Looking For
Proven automotive sales experience
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
Results-driven attitude with a passion for achieving targets
Professional presentation and work ethic
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Experience using CRM systems is highly regarded
