POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Sydney flagship. You will lead a large team of 25–30 staff, coach performance, and drive exceptional customer experiences in a rapid-paced retail setting.

Based in the Sydney Flagship, you will support leadership, optimize commercial outcomes, manage rostering and reporting, and contribute to product launches and events while maintaining store presentation and policies.
