Key responsibilities
Advocate for clients and negotiate with insurers, assessors and suppliers
Interpret policy wordings and assess coverage
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular claims updates
Manage claims reviews, reporting and compliance requirements

About you
Solid experience within General Insurance Claims
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident managing claims independently and resolving complex issues
Broad knowledge of commercial insurance products
