Calvary is seeking a permanent full time Manager, Transitional Aged Care Program, based at Kogarah, NSW. The role is a Monday–Friday position with standard business hours within a newly created team.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of about 9.7 FTE, manage patient flow and care coordination to optimise access, experience and occupancy, and drive quality improvement and service standards while building capability.
