Job Description

Bopp & Tone by Applejack Hospitality in Sydney is seeking an experienced Head Waitstaff to lead a restaurant section and deliver exceptional service in a premium dining venue.

You will oversee guest experience, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and train junior staff. A minimum of two years’ experience and an RSA certificate are required, with a full time position offering AU$80,000 annually and weekend/evening shifts.
