What you will do
Be first point of contact, welcoming our customers
Checking in their vehicles
Making service & repair bookings via email, in person, phone & by customer portal using the latest Scania software
Updating customers - great communication skills
Invoicing of completed work orders
Return keys to customer
Booking courtesy cars
General administrative duties
Planner experience required but not essential (training is provided)
Accuracy with data entry

Who you are
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes




Strong verbal and written communication skills along with valuable computer skills
Effective problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills
Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
