About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Campbellfield team.

You will provide customer service and administration support, helping customers with enquiries, orders and deliveries.

This is a excellent role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and working in a busy team environment.

What You'll Do
Answer customer enquiries by phone and email
Process customer orders and invoices
Follow up customer enquiries and orders
Book couriers and coordinate deliveries
Update customer details and records
Assist with general administration
Work with the team to keep orders moving smoothly




Provide friendly and skilled customer service

What We're Looking For
Friendly and skilled approach
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
Reliable and team focused
Customer service or administration experience preferred
