The role /n

Working with one other, to be the first point of contact for all current and existing customers (via email, phone and face to face).

/n

Resolving customer queries on the phone, via email and face to face in a timely and accurate manner.

/n

CRM management, processing invoices, recording expenses, providing detailed reports as requested.

/n

Scheduling after sales calls and actively seeking customer feedback.

/n

End to end management of the OPUS warranty process.

/n

Working closely with the Service & Warranty team to schedule customer appointments and manage the process.

/n

Providing an outstanding customer experience, every time.

Qualifications & experience /n

Previous experience in a reception and/or customer service role preferred, full training provided.

/n

Industry knowledge highly regarded.





/n

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

/n

A natural at building rapport with customers.

/n

Sharp attention to detail and highly accurate.

/n

Self-motivated and target driven.

/n

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
