Job Description

Rooftop on Central in Gregory Hills, NSW, is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead the restaurant and bar's day‑to‑day operations. You will oversee front‑of‑house and bar teams, drive service standards, manage rostering and costs, and partner with ownership to run a skilled, profitable venue.
