Job Description

Hunter Current England Local Health District is seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker to support Aboriginal women, families and children aged 0–2 years at Wallsend Campus. You will build trusted relationships with families and strengthen connections between parents, babies and the community.

Responsibilities include home visits, family support, case reviews and helping families access local Aboriginal services, with a focus on culturally protected, family‑centred care.
