About the Role
You’ll support our Orthodontists in delivering treatment while maintaining patients' oral health before, during and after their journey — providing hygiene services, assisting with procedures, and educating patients throughout treatment.
What you’ll do
Providing orthodontic hygiene services; supporting treatment delivery
Taking radiographs, clinical photographs, impressions and digital scans
Assisting with banding/debanding and removing wires/appliances when required
Removing plaque, calculus and stain; polishing teeth and restorations
Applying fluoride, sealants and preventative agents
Educating patients on oral hygiene, plaque control and nutrition
Managing surgery setup, sterilisation and infection control
Mentoring new team members and identifying workflow improvements
What you’ll bring
Registered Dental Hygienist with AHPRA registration
Previous orthodontic experience essential
Confident communicator with excellent patient rapport
High attention to detail and precision in clinical work
Thrives in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
