About the role /n

/n

We're looking for a friendly, confident and proactive Receptionist to join our Client Care team in Newcastle. This is a phone-first role. You'll help clients get what they need quickly, and you'll keep our front-of-house running smoothly.

/n

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing /n

/n

/n
Answering incoming calls and emails: handling enquiries, directing calls and taking accurate messages

/n
Scheduling inspections and appointments, and entering details clearly and correctly

/n
Welcoming visitors to the office

/n
Handling incoming and outgoing mail

/n
Keeping reception and shared spaces organised

/n
Running occasional errands (post office, office supplies)

/n




Supporting other teams with admin tasks

/n

What You’ll Bring /n

We’re looking for someone who has:

Confidence speaking with anyone over the phone

/n
Solid attention to detail

/n
Transparent written and verbal communication

/n
A calm, positive, can-do attitude

Willingness to learn and pitch in

/n
Australian work rights and a valid driver's licence (needed for occasional errands)

Prior customer service experience helps, but it isn't essential. We're more interested in your attitude and willingness to grow.
