Sharp & Carter is seeking a Finance Manager for a large-scale manufacturing and distribution business in Victoria. You will own monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis, partnering with supply chain, procurement and operations to improve decision-making.

You will lead month-end close, reconciliations and management reporting, driving process improvements, systems optimisation and automation while supporting operational stakeholders.
