We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to support the feasibility and planning phase of a large-scale digital transformation program. This is an excellent prospect to work closely with business, clinical, and technology stakeholders while contributing to the development of a significant business case and implementation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Coordinate and facilitate workshops with clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders.
n
Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and external vendors.
n
Manage project schedules, meeting agendas, minutes, action registers, decision logs, and risk registers.
n
Support the development of project deliverables, including:
n
Current-state assessments
n
Future-state workflow discussions
n
Benefits identification
n
Business case inputs
n
Monitor progress against milestones and elevate risks, issues,
and dependencies.
n
Support governance activities, steering committee meetings, and working groups.
n
Produce weekly status reports summarising progress, risks, issues, key decisions, and upcoming activities.
n
Demonstrated experience supporting complex projects or programs.
n
Robust stakeholder engagement, coordination, and communication skills.
n
Experience facilitating workshops and maintaining project documentation.
n
Experience working with third-party vendors and service providers.
n
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
n
Highly Desirable nn
Understanding of healthcare technology systems within a hospital setting.
n
Experience supporting large-scale ICT or digital transformation initiatives.
n
Experience contributing to feasibility studies, business case development, and governance processes.
