Manpower Group is seeking an Accessibility Experience (AX) Lead to champion accessibility across a large-scale digital workplace. You will lead strategic and hands-on efforts, guiding design systems and platforms to improve usable experiences for all Australians.

The role combines senior leadership with practical delivery across products, collaborating with product, design, architecture and technology teams. Hybrid work, 12-month contract with extension, ACT/NSW/VIC/QLD locations.
