Harris Farm is seeking a Regional Manager who will own a region as a genuine commercial business, accountable for sales, margin, wage discipline, people capability and operating standards across 17–18 stores and 1,200–1,500 people. You’ll report to the EGM Retail Operations & Property and lead a team of 3–4 Area Managers, running the region from the stores, not from behind a desk.
This role requires senior-level experience leading multi-site fresh food or grocery retail and owning a P&L;
