Are you a passionate chef looking for a role where no two days are the same?

Come join Bumpy Road Catering & Events , one of the South Coast's growing catering businesses. Based on the stunning NSW South Coast, we work with some of the region's best venues and suppliers, creating memorable food experiences for weddings, private events, festivals and everything in between.

From big beautiful weddings and intimate dinner parties to firing up our retro food vans at festivals and rolling out our coffee and gelato carts - there's always something happening at Bumpy Road.

And we're growing.

We're booked well in advance, regularly cateringa minimum of two weddings a week, alongside corporate events, private functions, pop-ups and festivals. With strong relationships across the South Coast and regular referrals from venues and industry partners, we're looking for a chef who wants to be part of the journey - not just fill a position.

We've also picked up multiple industry awards over the past 8 years, and we're pretty proud of what our team has created.

WHAT WE OFFER





- 38-hour week , generally across 4-5 days

- Mostly daytime work, with approximately 1-2 evening events per week

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a chef who is confident, organised and genuinely enjoys working with people.

You'll ideally have:

- Cert III in Commercial Cookery

- Strong knowledge of food safety and workplace health & safety

- Experience leading a kitchen or team

- The ability to train, motivate and bring out the best in others

- A strong eye for quality and consistency

- The ability to stay calm, think on your feet and solve problems when things don't go to plan

- A passion for great food and creating an awesome experience for our clients

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team, have some fun and help us take Bumpy Road to the next level.
