1889 Enoteca in Woolloongabba, Brisbane, seeks an experienced Trade Waiter to join our front-of-house team. You will welcome and seat guests, present menus and wine lists, explain dishes and pairings, and coordinate orders with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate service.

A minimum of 1 year in waiter or similar restaurant service, strong knowledge of wine, and an RSA certificate are required. Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.
