- Food preparation, support & train the kitchen hand team & produce high quality dishes

- Creating memorable and personalised experiences for our guests in a casual setting Assisting in section during peak periods
- Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed Qualification & experience
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
- A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
