Holcim Australia is seeking a Production Manager/Senior Supervisor to lead the in office manufacturing operations in Ipswich, Queensland. The role focuses on coordinating daily production plans, ensuring safety, quality and timely output, with prestress/precast concrete experience as an absolute requirement.

You will manage multiple teams, allocate resources, drive continuous improvement and mentor a diverse workforce.
