The Role
- Supervise floor, bar and gaming staff.
- Support staff training, shift rostering, and opening/closing procedures.
- Monitor patron behavior and handle guest queries or issues calmly.
- Assist with stock control, cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
What You Need
- Proven experience in a busy bar, pub or club workplace.
- Strong leadership skills with a positive, hands on attitiude.
- Valid RSA, RCG & ARCG certification is compulsory.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends & public holidays.
