Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt is seeking an Assistant Venue Leader for our Surfers venue on the Gold Coast. You will be the right hand to the Venue Leader, energising a high-performing team, ensuring guest smiles, and keeping operations smooth from shift to shift.

You’ll lead by example, drive customer experiences, coach staff, manage stock, and help deliver the venue P&L; with a positive, can-do attitude.
