Unidex Healthcare is seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join the Surfers Paradise office in Queensland. The role focuses on rostering and scheduling care teams, onboarding staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support high-quality participant care.

You will liaise with participants and care teams, arrange staff replacements, perform data entry into our CRM, and contribute to a participant-centred, compliant workplace within a growing organisation.
