The Langham, Gold Coast is seeking a vibrant Group Reservations Officer to deliver exceptional service for our guests and clients. You will support the Reservations Manager in managing group reservations and ensuring seamless booking experiences aligned with Langham Brand Standards.

Ideal candidates have a passion for hospitality, solid communication, and the ability to coordinate large group blocks, rooming lists, and contracts. Australian work rights are required.
