King Kong is seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead the people function of a rapid-growing digital marketing agency in Victoria. You will own recruitment, employee relations, onboarding and off-boarding, performance management, policy, compliance, payroll reporting, staff events and communications.
You’ll coach the management team, optimise BambooHR usage, and drive capability building across the business, reporting on P&C; strategies and outcomes.
