ERDI Group is seeking an experienced People & Culture leader to drive the end-to-end P&C; function across a four-hotel portfolio in Melbourne and Geelong. You will partner with General Managers and senior leaders to shape workforce planning, engagement and capability across 500+ employees.

In this 12-month fixed-term, you’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR, lead talent management, policy development and uphold robust employee relations, compliance and wellbeing initiatives
