Australian Federal Police is seeking a Technical Lead for ServiceNow CSM to guide a multi-disciplinary Scrum team within the Foundation Capability Systems section, reporting to CIO Command in Canberra. The role focuses on delivering business value and technical capabilities through the ServiceNow platform, CSM, and allied modules.

The ideal candidate will have robust ServiceNow expertise, Agile leadership experience, and the ability to mentor staff while building strategic relationships with AFP
