Job Description

Placed.au is looking for a full-time Procedures Analyst for our client in Melbourne, Victoria. This role is pivotal in enhancing internal operations and contributing to cutting-edge services by analysing current systems, identifying organisational gaps, improving procedures and workflows, and supporting continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist and encourage the development of objectives, strategies, and plans aimed at achieving optimal customer experience and satisfaction while effectively using organisational resources and capabilities.
- Identify business and organisational gaps and opportunities through the application of continuous improvement and change methodologies.
- Analyse and evaluate current systems, capabilities, and structures to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Advise on recommendations based on the analysis of current-state gaps and provide solutions to organisational problems.
- Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions, and support organisational innovation and improvements.
- Assist in implementing approved recommendations, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adaptation within the team.




- Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams to build specific capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications / Attributes

- The ideal candidate will bring a level of skill commensurate with a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification, with at least five (5) years of relevant experience potentially substituting for the formal qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify organisational gaps and develop practical solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of continuous improvement and change methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse systems, procedures, workflows, and organisational structures.
- Ability to develop recommendations and support the implementation of organisational improvements.
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- Ability to work systematically and collaboratively with individuals and teams.

Salary Range $75,000 – $85,000 per annum excluding superannuation.
