Cooly Breeze Rooftop, a Mediterranean fine dining restaurant located on the Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to work closely with the Executive Chef. The role focuses on pans, grill, section management, stock control and overall kitchen operations.

You will lead your section, contribute to menu planning, and uphold high standards of food quality, presentation and safety in a quick-paced environment with a rooftop view.
