Ramsay Clinic Northside – St Leonards Park NSW is seeking a Social Worker to join our team on a permanent, full time basis. You will deliver recovery-focused psychosocial care across community and onsite settings, supporting patients’ mental health, wellbeing and independence.

You will work with families, carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve recovery goals, ensure safe transitions, and advocate for patients with comprehensive social supports.
