The Salvation Army in Townsville seeks a Youth Case Manager to support young people and families affected by alcohol and other drug use. You will deliver case management, advocacy, and tailored plans within a trauma-informed framework in a mixed outreach and residential setting.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or degree in related fields and at least two years' experience. You will collaborate across teams, maintain records, and ensure protected transport when needed.
