This is NOT cold calling — every lead has already expressed interest. Your role is to guide, educate, and help customers choose the right trailer to start or grow their food business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and SMS
- Qualifying leads and understanding customer goals
- Recommending the right food trailer solutions
- Building rapport and guiding customers through the buying process
- Following up enquiries and moving them toward purchase
- Managing order-related admin and keeping records up to date
- Providing accurate info on pricing, features, and delivery timeframes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience (phone-based or retail) highly regarded
- Experience in the food, hospitality, or catering industry is a big plus
- Robust communication skills with a natural ability to build trust
- Confident closing sales and handling objections
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working across systems
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-first approach
