About the Role /n
As a Washroom Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining washroom hygiene products across a variety of client sites. This is a hands-on role that requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities /n

- Service and maintain washroom hygiene products in both male and female amenities
/n
- Ensure all work is completed in line with Flick Anticimex quality standards
/n
- Identify and report hygiene or service issues and recommend improvements
/n
- Comply with all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
/n
- Follow hazard identification and risk management practices
/n
- Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all client sites
/n
- Use mobile technology to complete service documentation and reporting
/n
About You /n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current and valid Australian driver's licence
/n
- Good physical fitness, including the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift a minimum of 10kg
/n
- Robust reliability, time management, and attention to detail
/n
- A willingness to learn and commit to ongoing training
/n
- The ability to work flexibly to meet operational requirements
/n
- Confidence using mobile devices and systems
/n

Desirable Experience /n

- Previous cleaning, hygiene, or service industry experience (highly regarded but not essential)
