About the Opportunity /n

As our Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and voice of Mercedes-Benz.

From welcoming customers into the dealership to answering calls and helping direct enquiries, you'll play a key role in making every interaction feel effortless and professional.

What You'll Be Doing /n

- Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, genuine and professional approach.

/n

- Manage incoming calls and connect customers with the right team.

/n

- Provide exceptional customer service across every interaction.

/n

- Assist with customer appointments and general dealership enquiries.

/n

- Support reception administration and day-to-day dealership tasks.

/n

- Help customers navigate the dealership and connect them with the right department.

/n

- Maintain a polished, organised and welcoming reception environment.

- Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand with professionalism and pride.

About You /n

We're looking for someone who loves people and loves creating great experiences.

/n

You might come from reception, hospitality, retail, luxury brands, customer service or administration — what matters most is your personality, attitude and customer-first approach.
