The Wests Group Australia is hiring a Full Time Chef at Wests New Lambton to support multiple dining outlets, including our Bistro and Recent Beijing. The role involves preparing, cooking and presenting high‐quality food while maintaining hygiene and working across service periods including weekends and public holidays.

Candidates should have Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) and at least 3 years in a busy kitchen.
